I have attended many other FB marketing courses. I have personally spent thousands in training fees and adspend in FB and Google. The difference is that the content for this class - it is specifically for real estate agents. Aidah does really understand the mindset of the property buyers - which is really the leads that all of us agents want. During the class, she covers in-depth the journey of the property buyer and how we can attract them to contact us - the property agent. FB marketing is just the platform she uses to teach for this class. But going thru this class, being able to understand the mindset of property buyers like HDB upgraders - that is very useful. That knowledge can be used for ALL marketing channels. Quite an eye-opening class even for me who has been in real estate for 13 years. She is not a property agent so no worries of a hidden agenda. But I think her knowledge is better than some property agents. I highly recommend any property agent - experienced or not - to attend this class.

I already know how to build a website and am familiar with various online marketing strategies like SEO, PPC and FB ads. I was skeptical at first about attending this class as I thought it will cover topics on fb advertising that I already knew. Made the decision to attend anyway and I am so glad I did! Aidah really took us step by step into understanding the mindset of property buyer and what it takes to convert that person to contact a property agent for help. She helped to identify the various segments of property buyers and what targeting to use - what we can go after to get warm, high quality leads. It doesn’t matter if you already know online marketing like me - I learnt new things that I never considered before! She is not a property agent but the jargon she uses in the class indicates some in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry. She understands what agents want. She also understands what property prospects want. Quite insightful actually as she is a neutral third party. I recommend all property agents - both new and experienced - to attend this class.

Didn't manage to attend the course due to schedule. But I have heard recommendations from a few friends in the property industry about her experience and knowledge. So I decided to book a paid consultation session with Aidah to see how she can help me. She listened to my marketing setbacks and proposed a few fresh ideas that I really liked. Aidah really understands all the jargon in the property market. I think she might even know MORE than the average property agent. As her full custom service is very high-end, I decided to engage her to do copywriting for just 1 FB ad. I am happy to say - within just 1 day of running the ad - I got 2 high quality leads!
