The 2nd class of “Digital Marketing for Property Agents” was recently completed on 20 April 2018.
We had a bit more students when compared to the previous session but this time around, I am pleasantly surprised that we had an equal number of participants from both ERA & PropNex joining in.
It was also an honour to discover that some very top producers like James Lin were willing to learn from me – despite their current and ALREADY successful marketing efforts.
I am both impressed and humbled by their attitudes. I guess that is also part of the reason why they are the ones who always go up on stage.
The spirit of learning never ends – and I look forward to seeing their ads become better at getting leads for their real estate business!
The strategies shared in this class has some very basic principles involved – which are very powerful when fully understood.
In a highly competitive real estate market, a property agent must be willing to do very different things than most other agents in order to build and capture their own slice of the market.
Building a sustainable business that improves incrementally day-by-day is a far better choice than trying out many different things once – just hoping for that one home-run success.
There is a moat – a barrier to entry for competitors who want to compete with your business.
It is called the pain moat.
If you’re willing to tolerate discomfort no one else will, you can achieve things no one else can.
My salute to all striving salespersons and agents out there!
