- Understand digital marketing versus traditional marketing
- Discover why digital marketing is relevant & preferred in the current times
- Includes examples of digital marketing done by Singapore-based realtors
Module 2: Identifying Who Are Your Target Audience (120 minutes)
- Determine the fears and goals of your target audience
- Explore the hidden motivations of property buyers
- Understand the real estate sales funnel
- Includes examples of actual warm property enquiries
Module 3: Introduction To FB Advertising (120 minutes)
- How to setup a Facebook page to position your business
- How to create highly shareable Facebook posts
- How to run your first Facebook advertising campaign
Module 4: Lead Generation Through Digital Marketing Campaigns (150 minutes)
- How to ensure you are targeting & building only warm audiences
- How to get your potential customers to respond to your ads
- How to run Facebook Messenger Ads to open up conversations with prospects
- How to get your prospects to contact you directly through WhatsApp
